Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first 14 days of delivery unless you open and use them. All sales are final after fourteen days of delivery made.
The item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives. Jewelries ,hair and beauty accessories are not refundable.
If your return or exchange is the result of our error we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case.
Return and Exchange Procedures
- Request your return/exhchange underneath below.
- In your request include your order number written on the top of your invoice and the reason you want to return or exchange with the name of the product you want to exchange with.
- Wait until we email you to give authorization. Normally it takes 2-3business days.
- Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return or exchange with your order number.
- Insure shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost and misdirected return shipments.
- Once we receive your return we will credit your account or send the item desired to exchange within 5 business days.
